Long time since last on!
So I'm back!
Lost interest in writing but now I felt the urge to pick it up again!
Alot of things have happened since last time and alot is still same! Biggest difference is that I now live in Finland with my ladies❤️ Just were I belong and feel at home!
Music is still going strong,stronger then ever and right now I am in the middle of our North American tour together with our friends from Finland, Santa Cruz that we also brought along on our Europeen tour we did in March! And also American band I Prevail! Everything is going really good and right now we are 8 shows in and 9 more to go! At least if my calculations adds up!?
But now we have a travelday and have a rest stop in Kenmare,North Dakota,for our driver to have his 10 hours rest! And here is not to much to then to go and see "The Danish Mill"
Simply a small red little windmill located in the middle of "town"!
So I guess I simply has to go for a run and check it out😉

2014 has begun and I say thank you 2013 for being a damn good and amazing year for yours trully!

Thoughts from Russia...with love :D
So..on the road again and right now I´m sitting in a hotelroom in St.Petersburg,Russia resting up after a travelday and tomorrow we´ll hit the stage here and create some mayhem :D
A good thing with being far away from home and you don´t really have the will or energy to go out and see the city you´re in is that you vcan indulge yourself in checking out intresting stuff on the almighty INTERNET :D

It´s the almighty good ol´punker Henry Rollins,adressing the issue of homophobia and the anti-gay marriage movement that seems to infect the US...and the rest of the world to acctually.
And isn´t it ironic that I am sitting in Russia and writing about this,since the Russian Goverment seems to have made it very clear on there stand when it comes to Gay Marriage and the whole gay movement!
Simply...no gays here,please!
It´s just as simple as Mr. Rollins says...
"IF YOU DON´T LIKE GAY MARRIAGE....DON´T GET ONE!!!"
But we must not forget that there is alot of other injustices and wrongs in this world that needs to be taken into the light as well...

As you know we recieved our second Goldrecord this week,and o´boy that felt gooood...
Unfortunatley,we also dropped the news that our growler and my friend Andy is leaving the band,too explore other things in life...
It feels sad that he wont be joining us anymore but I am happy that he is comfortable with his choice and I support him in full of course!
And just because he is a fuck up by letting us down (that was a joke,damnit...!!) doesn´t in any way change the fact that he is one of my best friends and I intend to keep it like that!
We´ve done a lot of stuff together....here´s just a fraction of everything...

Eventful week...
...to say the least!
The last seven days have been eventful and filled with good things!
So lets recap it,shall we? :)
1. Got a surprise visit from the most lovliest and beautiful woman I´ve ever seen!
And that resulted in an engagement <3 BIIIIG JOY!!!
2. My sponsor Yamaha provided me with this beauty...and OMFG what a darn instrument!!!
3. We had a sneak preview of our latest video and also,we were presented with yet another Goldrecord!!
5. I got my very own and first (and not the last one!) Mummin coffee mug :)
6. Today I have been completly sober for 15 weeks,just simply got fed up with hang overs...Feels goddamn awesome!!!
7. Not only did I get a gold record with my name spelled right this time,I also cut off my long hair!!
No special reason...just wanted to make a change I guess :)
Ok...there is alot of things that could and will be improved some sooner some a little later! But life is good and I love it in one way...but also I hate it in same way! Therefore the will to improve situations and it won´t stop at trying...I simply will be triumphant!!! Any questions...nope...only answeres!!

Thuresday morning...the alarm went off far to early then my mind and body could accept!
But unfortunatley,the option of staying in bed and ahve a lazy ass day wasen´t realistic...so I forced this sorry excuse of a body out of bed and shocked the body with some strong (swedish-style coffee!!!) and off I went for another day at work...dragging my eyelids behind me!
I came...I saw...I worked!!
A little this and a little of that was on the schedule for the day and I wasen´t to much to think about,just do it! Someone needs to bring home the bacon so to speak! ;)
Last quest for the day was to check some alleged waterdamage...and there,in the basement sitting by a table!!

My good friend Lennart (who fooled me down there...of course!!) giggled and smiled with his whole face!!
And so did I...and Reetta,with that big and so lovely smile she has and that laughter that makes you smile from "soul to skin"!!
Simply...a surprise visit...set up by my oh so lovely sister Anna..knowing what her little brother want´s and needs!
Of course my whole family was in on it so I guess they all fooled me....but....guess what...in this case... I DON´T MIND!!!
So...a weekend all by ourselves! Wasen´t yesterday to say the least...and oh my dear sweet holy Bob,what a weekend!
To cut it short and leave out details that is none of your buisness ;) we simply had a completley lovely weekend!
And...well...How shall I put it...since we both feel that "this is the real deal" to say the least we simple did what we been talking about for quit some time...
We came home from a chilling eveningwalk from the movies....and before that we took a walk from an Indian resturant were we had some lovely and OH SO TASTY FOOD!!! Because we were hungry and a bit frozen after spending some time out by the cliffs by the sea,having a glas of Bubbles...mezmerized by how beautiful it all can be when you see it with new eyes...how the sun reflects in the sea,sparkling and most of all...amazed by the suns reflection and our own refecltion as well...in those two shinny,well polished rings!
Yeah...we got engaged!! So this is just the beginning ;)
Reetta Häyrynen.... I love you more then anything and you are the love of my life and beyond...everything that I´ve ever looked for...

Autumn is closing in!!!
End of September and the autumn is clearly knocking at the door!
Morning temperatures are dropping and the nature explodes into a wild,colourful scene. It´s really beautiful and that clear freash air feels invigorating to say the least.
So far it has been an insanely good year in many ways and something tells me that the rest of the year will pass in the same sign...the sign of success and happiness and of course love!
And in a few days I will turn one year older,and that doesn´t become me at all. Don´t have any crisis or fear of getting older...`cause when you think of it...what´s the options!? And we are all equal of getting older :)
The only thing I could wish for more is shorter distances...or in fact no distance at all to what I hold dear and most important in life...and also the only thing I wish for my birthday! To spend it with the one and only true big love in my life!
Well hell...can´t have it all and what I do actually have is far more then I could ever dream of or imagine so I wont complain to much...just a little ;)
Don´t complain over the things you don´t have...be happy for what you actually have <3
But now is reality check...aka laundry time and a soft evening in the tv couch awaiting tomorrows work and make it one day closer...

This smmer has been more then intense and hectic traveling all over the place,I think it is close to 18 or 19 festivals and one US headlining tour,and in between I tried to visit my love in Finland and in the same time getting some ordinary work done as well... And I think I pulled it of pretty good :) even thou it is pretty darn exhausting living this life... Good thing it´s hectic periods followed by long stretches of time off...
Could try and recap everything in words,but that would be pretty hard so instead I let the pictures speak it´s own language in a very non-chronological order... Enjoy!

Hectic times!
Been some tme since i wrote anything here,I guess we can say that I have been pretty busy with traveling and playing all over..
Don´t really know where to start since there has been as i just said,pretty much...
Soo...lets see...what has happened!
We played som really good festivals such as Sweden Rock (S) Graspop(B) Novarock(AUS) Metaltown(S) Tuska(FIN) Dreamhack (S) and a small intimate show at The Cod in swedish summerparadise Strömstad!
All shows have been trully amazing in their own way,some better of course.
Dreamhack was quit a surprise,since it is one of the biggest "computer conventions" in the world so that was a complete new arena for us,but DAMN those computer people knows how to mosh it up!
And Sweden Rock blew us with surprise,soooo insaneley much people came to see us and the weather was awesome and the in house crew as well....except for some of them,but luckily we don´t have to deal with those few ones ever again!
Novarock was also insane....great show infront of a lot of people how manage to come there despite that we played quit early and they did rock out. And also I got to met some old friends backstage and drive a home build motorcycle until I of course broke it...whoops...Sorry about that!
Graspop passed by pretty quick since we flew in and out the same day,had a great show and left right after...but it was worth it! And next stop...Helsinki,Finland and the almighty Tuska festival... Also that one was amazing and I was so happy and proud to have my beloved Reetta in the audience and her son! And I think he had a really good festival,seeing some cool drummers and hanging out. And it warms my heart big time...and YES he is an awesome drummer that has his whole future infront of him,so keep an eye open for my buddy :)
Metaltown...hometown....OMG....could never have dreamt of that reception we got playing the biggest stage....
It was a really insane feeling and in the spur of the moment I accidentlly broke my bas... FUCK!!!!! I guess I got pretty carried away there...Damn myself!!!
But I ended Metaltown by going back early the day after to take my responsibility and took down the very same stage we played on the day before....It took 50 people 14 hours to do that job and I have the outmost respect for those people "behind the scenes" that make all this possible. Unfortunatley you forget about those people doing all the building up,taking down.cleaning up,cooking food,taking care of lost rockers! To all of you I lift my hat and bow my head!!
Well that´s the music part of it,but there is so much more in life then that...
I got to celebrate midsummer with Reetta and her whole family in Finland and I really felt welcome and had the time of my life and i think one of the best midsummers in my life... I have so much love for all of them and you know who you are ;) And also,playing Tuska my love came there and we made a loveley (but loooong roadtrip back to her home and I stayed for a couple of days and I can´t remember when I felt so calm and relaxed before in my life as when I am there.
I guess you can say that not only did i fell madly head over heals in love with her but also her home and her family and friends...you are all amazing!
But now i must start preparing for this weekends extravaganza...first stop Sommar Rock in Svedal (Sweden) and then Masters of Rock (Check Rep.) and then we´ll hitting the States and our first tour there and it feels pretty damn exciting!

My humble opinions of my beloved Sweden!
Greetings to all of you whom it may concerne ;)
Today we,the Swedes celebrate our National Day.
Simply,our birthday! And for being a Swede this has unfortunatley become a strange day all thanks to right wing extremists that has so violent and vruthless stolen our beloved flagg of yellow and blue to become a sign of hate,racism and violence towards those who choose to become a part of our beloved country.
But...this is not my opinion!
To me the Swedish flagg is a symbol of my country and our Northern hospitlity,welcoming everyone,regardless of skin colour,religion,sexual orientation and cultural background, to wan´t to be a part of this awesome country we do live in. Because it is a trully awesome country!
Sadly,as far as I see it,you aren´t "allowed" to say that you are a proud Swede unless there is a World Championship Gold medal in Hockey of Football (soccer!!) or first place in Eurovision Songcontest or it´s simply the Swedish National Day as it is today! My deep wish and hope is that everyone in Sweden would be "bold" enough to wave the flag everyother day of the year and show your love and pride over this beautiful country and not only on these "specail days" where alot of people all of a sudden shout it extra loud with the undermining words and opinion that today I am so proud anad happy and extra conscious to show that "I AM NOT A RACIST!"
But...waving your countries flag and show your pride will NEVER be a part of being a racist or having hostile thoughts and acts towards other religion and cultures.
Not being able to wave your countries flag and showing your pride everyother 364 days of the year is a sign that those cowards of the right wing oriented racist and facists are succeding into making the flag into a hostile signal!
I will never allowe anyone from that side of the political arena to steal and violate my countrys flag and colour and I am proud to be a Swede every damn day of the year!
Of course tere is thing about Sweden that I would love to change,things I´m not to happy about...but hey..you can´t have it all and I choose to see what we have and not what we don´t have!
So take that typical Swedish closeley tightened fist out of your pocket,open it into a warm and welcoming palm of hospitality towards those who want to be a part of this,a part of us! And be proud to be a part of one of the most awesome countries in the world...to me,the true country of the free ;)
